We are currently seeking Spanish Bilingual applicants for our Customer Service Associate position. As a Customer Service Associate, you will use your upbeat attitude and motivation to ensure a positive customer experience when answering and placing outbound calls to service financial accounts for our English and Spanish customer base. Duties include:
· Field incoming phone calls, respond and document or transfer to the appropriate person (For Bilingual applicants, you will also be responsible for handling communications with our Spanish Customer Base).
· Field voicemails, emails and other communication and follow-up with customer as needed
· Mail form letters to customers
· Make outbound calls to customers after contract has been funded or after the cancellation date to verify contract terms, application data, and repayment options and address any issues prior to the first payment due
SCHEDULE:
· Monday-Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, or 10:00am-7:00pm
· Every other weekend, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
PAY:
· $17.00-$19.00 per hour
